Located just 60 miles and three milliseconds from Ashburn, the campus will initially support 196 MW of critical IT load across 920K square feet and enable low-latency connectivity through multiple network providers. EdgeCore’s Culpeper data center campus is located in the Culpeper Technology Zone (CTZ), a 690-acre campus designated to host data centers, public works entities, and educational institutions supporting the county’s STEM initiatives. The CTZ was designed to promote business growth and employment throughout the county and was thoughtfully designed to consolidate power and fiber infrastructure.
In addition to equipping our facilities with technology designed to minimize water and power usage, EdgeCore’s Culpeper campus includes a 30-acre conservation area.

With data center supply constraints tightening exponentially, EdgeCore’s near-term power and construction delivery dates are some of the earliest in the industry.
